The Cemex showcase trial confirmed that Vateris’ GypCarb product delivers significant early-age strength gains while maintaining long-term performance – enabling productivity improvements and cement-reduction strategies without disrupting existing mix designs. Independent testing by both Cemex and Vateris teams reinforced confidence in the robustness and credibility of the results.

Importantly, these outcomes replicate performance observed across other customer trials, demonstrating that the Cemex results are not a one-off.

The success of the trial formalised the relationship between Cemex and Vateris and initiated discussions for deployment of Vateris’ technology platform at a Cemex site. The focus now is translating validated performance into on-site utilisation of industrial CO₂ – advancing toward deeper partnership and scaled deployment.
